IntraMic

Meet the revolutionary microphone that has made a huge impact on the music industry.

IntraMic - Microphone for Woodwind Instruments - Must-have for all Saxophone and Clarient Players

Why the IntraMic Is Truly Revolutionary?

The intraMic isn't just another microphone—it redefines what's possible for wind instrument players. Designed from the inside out for saxophones, clarinets, and other woodwinds, the intraMic is the first true internal microphone crafted specifically for the acoustic, ergonomic, and tonal challenges of wind instruments.

Unlike clip-on or stand mics, the intraMic installs directly inside the mouthpiece or neck, preserving the natural tone of your instrument without compromising projection or clarity. This placement allows for unmatched isolation from ambient noise and drastically reduces feedback—even at high volumes or with distortion-heavy effects.

Its compact preAmp features intuitive controls—including a gain knob and two tonal switches—so you can shape your sound on the fly. Whether you're performing in a quiet studio or on a loud stage, the intraMic delivers pristine, honest, and consistent tone across all registers and dynamics.

Best of all, the intraMic is optimized for effects use. It connects directly to your pedalboard with no need for signal conversion, making it the best mic on the market for horn effects users. Synth pedals, wahs, distortion—everything sounds tighter, cleaner, and more expressive through the intraMic.

This is not just a better mic. It’s a paradigm shift in wind instrument amplification.

How the IntraMic Works

At the heart of the intraMic system is a simple yet ingenious design: a compact internal microphone element, a flexible flat cable, and an integrated preAmp—all crafted with wind instruments in mind. The microphone cell sits just inside the mouthpiece or barrel of your instrument, capturing sound at its most pure, before it travels down the bore.

The flat cable runs alongside your cork and under your mouthpiece, preserving playability and ergonomics. From there, the cable connects directly to the intraMic preAmp, which can be mounted on the neck or body of your instrument for quick access to gain and tone shaping controls.

Flexible cable routing allows the preAmp to connect to either a wireless transmitter or a standard ¼” cable for pedalboards, DI boxes, or amps. With no need for additional adapters or phantom power, the intraMic plugs in cleanly and delivers a full signal chain optimized for live sound and effects.

Every detail—from the cable ties that avoid tone holes to the preAmp’s control layout—shows a deep understanding of what wind players actually need on stage and in the studio.

Unmatched Sound Quality and Live Performance Clarity

The intraMic delivers what every wind player dreams of—studio-grade clarity on a live stage. By capturing the sound from within the mouthpiece or neck, the intraMic preserves the full character of your tone without the distortion, color, or compression often caused by external mics.

This internal placement drastically reduces bleed, ambient noise, and feedback, making your signal clean, direct, and isolated—even in loud venues or when using in-ear monitors. It’s especially powerful when paired with effects, as the isolated signal allows your pedalboard to respond with precision and detail.

From ballads to high-energy solos, the intraMic keeps your sound consistent across all registers—no more blasting your low notes into a mic clipped to your bell. And with four tonal options via the preAmp’s switches, your sound remains customizable without sacrificing purity.

Whether you're in a club, on a festival stage, or recording live with a band, the intraMic sounds more like you than any mic before it.
